Our Basic Principles

Grow Up Academy General Incorporated Association adheres to a basic policy of having no relationship whatsoever with anti-social forces and ensuring fair and sound organizational management.

● Organizational Response

With the Representative Director as the highest authority, we ensure a firm organizational response, not leaving matters to individual staff.

● External Collaboration

We maintain close cooperation with police, anti-violence centers, and legal counsel to prepare for any incidents.

● Complete Severance

We maintain no relationships with anti-social forces in any form, including transactions, funding, or favors.

● Legal Response to Unreasonable Demands

We firmly reject unreasonable demands such as protection money, taking both civil and criminal legal measures.

Prerequisites for All Transactions

All parties transacting with us must represent and warrant the following:

Representations and Warranties

Measures for Breach

If the above representations and warranties are violated, we may immediately terminate the contract.
