As a financial planner,
I have faced the life planning
and future consultations of many people.

In doing so, I have always seen the same scene.

I really want to continue.
But due to money or circumstances,
options gradually narrow.
Before you know it, the only choice left is to "quit".
--That is the reality.

The important thing here is,
not that the person's feelings are weak,
but that the "design to be able to continue" is missing
.

Turning the feeling of "I want to do it"
into a form that can be continued with peace of mind.
I want to
see that through with the field and management.

Grow Up Academy is
a place that cherishes
the feeling of "I want to try"
regardless of age or position.

And we want to be not only a place that protects that feeling,
but also a place that increases the options to continue
.

As Vice Representative Director, what I cherish is
not ending with talking about ideals,
but "implementing" them in daily operations.

For example,

• Not teaching the correct answer,
  but cultivating the power to think, choose, and challenge yourself
• Not focusing only on results or winning and losing,
  but cultivating the power to continue without giving up
• Not deciding on one possibility,
  but enabling a perspective to increase choices

Supporting these three not only with guidance
but also with "mechanisms".
I believe that is the strength of

Also, for sustainable growth,
while valuing the balance of
mind, body, and environment,
we are also proceeding with
creating an environment where you can work at your own pace.

Do not force it. But do not stop challenging.
Creating a "form that continues" is the job of management.

Utilizing my knowledge and experience
as a financial planner,
from both aspects of sports and life,
creating a state where
each person can "choose for themselves".
