Launch of International Kids, an Experiential Global Education Project

"Giving children the option of seeing the world as part of their future."

Grow Up Academy has launched International Kids, an experiential global education project designed to help children develop positive curiosity about the world and expand their future choices.

■ Background
As globalization progresses, the physical distance to the world has become smaller. At the same time, psychological barriers remain, such as feeling unable to speak English or not knowing how to interact with people from other countries.

Many language programs focus on becoming able to speak. We believe the stage before that is just as important: reducing resistance toward the world itself.

■ Project Purpose
International Kids does not place language ability itself as the main goal. Instead, it aims to help children reach these states:

・Interact naturally with people from other countries
・Enjoy different cultures
・Become interested in the wider world

Through this, the project builds a foundation that can expand future choices such as studying abroad or taking on challenges overseas.

■ Value Provided
"An experiential gateway to the world"

Unlike a typical foreign language class, this project provides opportunities to encounter the world through experience.

・Exchange through play and sports
・Activities that introduce different cultures
・Food and lifestyle culture experiences
・Encounters with people from diverse backgrounds

Through these experiences, children can naturally come into contact with foreign languages and cultures, and discover that the world is interesting.

Encounter the world through experience, not only through language.

International Kids serves as the first gateway for children to take a step toward the world.

■ Future Development
We plan to provide ongoing programs and events in collaboration with local communities, educational institutions, and partners in Japan and overseas. By delivering valuable experiences to more children, we will continue expanding the possibilities of the next generation.
